Personal mantra:
“You can do anything you set your mind to. The only condition is that you must desire it to the exclusion of everything else.”
Let’s get personal:
Born in Havana, Cuba, Ada moved to small-town Okeechobee Florida when she was 9 years old. She currently lives in Miami, Florida with her fiancé, Gilbert, and furry son – a giant, white, fluffy Maremma dog named Jack. Enjoys spending time with her family and credits her mom as being the best role-model. In her free time, Ada enjoys learning new languages (her current goal is to achieve 100% fluency in Italian), watching movies and TV shows, and travelling with her fiancé.
Causes she supports:
St. Jude’s, animal shelters, human rights, and freedom of expression.
Specialty:
Ada has assisted many executives in her career; she focuses on reading and understanding her executives profoundly, and critically analyzing every situation to know how her executive would act/respond in all matters. Human relations and negotiation are her specialties, having an expansive business background.
Professional experience:
A Florida International University graduate, Ada has a bachelor’s degree in International
Business. She is also a Duke University Talent Identification Program Scholar, where she studied debate and persuasion. Ada has previous work experience as legal assistant, executive assistant, and property manager, where she applied her studies, and learned tremendously from her employers and practices.
What do you want the client to feel when working with you?
“I want clients to feel heard, and I want them to feel impressed by the services we’re providing. I never want to meet our client’s expectation, but instead surpass them with the quality of client care and legal work that we offer.”
